Tarja Sundqvist f804abd74a Revert "Update commercial SPDX-License-Identifier" ...

This reverts commit 5c95d69da3.

The revert is needed for the Qt 6.8 LTS opensource releases.
They cannot contain commercial SPDX license identifiers.
